Helen Ann Auriello, Office Manager
Helen Ann graduated with a Degree in Office Skills and Technology from Montgomery County Community College.  She is married and has one daughter.  She has been with our firm since October, 1991.  During that time, she received her insurance license and has done LOMA studies in this industry.  Helen Ann specializes in dealing with insurance and investment companies when setting up new accounts.  She also helps handle client service.  Helen Ann is responsible for the accounting aspects and licensing for in-house agents as well as brokers with our agency.  Helen Ann enjoys scrapbooking and having fun with her daughter.

 

Lynna Grandas, Administrative Assistant
Lynna joined Premier Planning Group in August of 2007.  She is a graduate of West Virginia University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology.  Lynna interacts daily with clients assisting with any questions or requests they may have concerning their accounts/policies.  In addition, her other primary duties include research of mutual funds and stocks, case preparation and client reporting.  Lynna resides in Limerick with her husband and two sons.

 

Lisa Brand, Administrative Assistant
After many years in the legal field, Lisa joined Premier Planning Group in September of 2010 to assist the team with administrative issues and client services. Lisa prepares client portfolios and assists with account transfers.  Lisa interacts with clients, associates and other professionals to help achieve their goals.  In addition, Lisa coordinates informational seminars and assists with marketing and advertising.   Lisa is a lifelong resident of Chester County and enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters.
