Phone: 513.621.6030 Tom oversees the Corporate Retirement Plans and Benefits Department for Premier Planning Group and has been in the retirement plans services area for over 20 years. His experience includes 401(k), profit sharing, defined benefit plans as well as ESOP's and money purchase pension plans. He specializes in complex planning techniques enabling businesses to design plans that optimize contributions and benefits for the company, its owners and their employees. Tom's experience has been in the various sectors of the pension field including Federal government, banking and insurance industries. In 1987, he joined the the U.S. Department of Labor - Pension & Welfare Benefits Administration as an auditor responsible for the enforcement of federal employer pension and benefit plan laws. In 1991, Tom joined the Huntington National Bank Trust Department and served as a Vice President managing the institutional trust services division. During 1998, he was hired by Transamerica Life Insurance Company's Retirement Services Division as a Pension Consultant. In 2001, he joined the Guardian Life Insurance Company's Pension Plan Division as a Pension Consultant continuing his relationships with financial professionals and their corporate clients, covering the states of Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. In November 2002, Tom joined Premier Planning Group as a Senior Partner, heading up the firm's 401K and pension practice areas.
